Die Kleiderordnung von Royal Ascot schreibt seit 2012 eine Krawatte vor, Krawatten sind ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen. Das nach der Rennbahn benannte Kleidungsstück ist in der Royal Enclosure nicht mehr erlaubt. Unsere sind aus Seide, werden unter einem offenen Kragen getragen und haben keinen bestimmten Platz.
