The beautiful looking scarves on the site caught my eye; however, I didn't like the original one I ordered. I have to say, the team was most helpful in allowing me to return it for alternative design.

Sadly the scarf is shorter and narrower than any other scarf I own (and I own many). Perhaps that's my fault for not paying closer attention to the dimensions on the site. The weight is also less substantial than I had hoped.

One other point: both scarves received didn't smell very nice; I'm not sure if they had been stored in a damp location. I am unlikely to purchase again from this company for the reasons stated above.

I’ve ordered a number of items from Soho Scarves over the last few years. I find their customer service and their products outstanding.

Excellent quality scarf. But VERY disappointed in the color. The image displays scarlet and indigo and hints of turquoise. But the scarf I received was a drab rust color where the indigo is just blue. Was really excited for this one, too.

UPDATE: Great customer service. Offered a replacement scarf, free of charge. Will be purchasing from them again in the future.
