Silk Bohemian Neckerchief - Fitzrovia in Leyland Blue
A Bohemian print in honour of the Fitzroy Tavern, north Soho, frequented by the likes of Dylan Thomas, Aleister Crowley and George Orwell. Have a go on the Fitzrovia to channel a world of woodbine smoke and sawdust curls, a restless spirit that knows it will never die.
The 'Fitzrovia in Leyland Blue' silk neckerchief presents a repeating grid of floral medallions, each one composed of layered shapes in cream, burgundy, forest green and navy. Paisley-like scrolls surround each motif, creating a sense of movement and symmetry across the soft Leyland blue background. A slim burgundy border frames the entire design.
This neckerchief - sometimes called a 'square scarf' - works perfectly knotted over a simple T-shirt, peeking from beneath a casual shirt, or layered under a jacket for that timeless louche appeal. Fold into a triangle and tie it to the side for a more rakish finish.
