The Avalon takes its cue from medieval tapestries, with unicorns, hares and pheasants woven into the story of the print. Alternating dark blue and rust bands frame the animals and botanical details. There’s plenty to discover up close, while the colours keep the whole design grounded.
A blend of 70% wool and 30% silk brings warmth, softness and a subtle sheen, finished with fine eyelash fringing. Let the pattern show against a plain coat or knit. It doesn’t need much else.
