Great service

The beautiful looking scarves on the site caught my eye; however, I didn't like the original one I ordered. I have to say, the team was most helpful in allowing me to return it for alternative design.

Sadly the scarf is shorter and narrower than any other scarf I own (and I own many). Perhaps that's my fault for not paying closer attention to the dimensions on the site. The weight is also less substantial than I had hoped.

One other point: both scarves received didn't smell very nice; I'm not sure if they had been stored in a damp location. I am unlikely to purchase again from this company for the reasons stated above.

we're am sorry to hear that the scarves did not meet you expectations, occasionally some of our scarves may have a scent, this is caused by the dying process and should be removed with a gentle hand wash or simply being aired
