ORDERING
How do I use my discount code?
Please make sure you type your code into the appropriate box when you check out, and click “Apply" to apply it to your order. Unfortunately, if it is not applied at this point, we cannot apply it to the same order later on, although you may be able to use it on a subsequent order.
Can I amend my order?
If you wish to amend your order once it has been submitted, please email us at info@soho-scarves.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
I am having problems accessing or buying from your website.

I have seen a product but it no longer seems to be in stock.
At Soho Scarves we like to keep our ranges fresh and exciting which means that sometimes we do not re-stock all our product lines. We do however keep the majority of our products continually in stock so if you see a product that does not appear to be available, it is always best to email us at info@soho-scarves.com and we can tell you if your item will be re-stocked or help you find a very similar item.
DELIVERY
When will my item be sent?
We aim to despatch each order within 1 working day. As soon as your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive an email to confirm that your order is on its way.
UK standard shipping is 5-7 days with Royal Mail
International Shipping and Order Tracking
Delivery Timeline:
- Orders typically arrive within 10 working days from fulfilment.
- Orders placed after 9 AM GMT on Fridays or during weekends/holidays will ship the next working day.
How Your Order Will Arrive:
- Most items arrive in a letterbox-friendly black mail bag. Larger orders may come in a grey bag or box.
If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived:
- Check tracking details sent to your email, including links for "further tracking" with the final-mile courier.
- If there’s no delivery after 10 working days, allow an additional 5 days for potential delays.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes and the BFPO?
Yes, we will happily deliver your scarf to a PO Box or to the British Forces Post Office.
Will I be charged customs and import charges?
For delivery to a destination within the European Union (EU) we will pay the duty on this delivery (delivered Duty Paid) so the price you see is the price you pay!
For other countries (non EU) which are subject to any customs or import duties then these are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country - this is the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I have received a faulty item.
We want all our customers to love their Soho scarves, so if there’s a fault or issue with any received item, please let us know straight away by contacting us via email at info@soho-scarves.com . To help us resolve any issues as quickly as possible, please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem.
I have received an incorrect item in my order or something is missing.
We aim to ensure this never happens, but occasionally a gremlin appears in the system. If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing from your order, please let us know straight away by contacting us via email at info@soho-scarves.com and we’ll have it sorted in no time.
What if I don't like my purchase?
If for any reason you’re not in love with your Soho scarf, you can send it back to us, no problem.
All of our products come with a hassle-free return policy, so please see our Returns Page for more information. Please be aware that your Soho scarf must be returned to us in the same condition as you received it, not screwed up, damaged or dirty. If it is not received by us in good condition then we will assume that it has been worn and we won't be able to process a refund or exchange for you.
Do you do exchanges?
If you’d like to exchange your Soho scarf, then please see our Returns Page for more information. Please contact us at info@soho-scarves.com should you have any problems.
Who pays for the return?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please see our Returns Page for all the information you need to return an item to us.
How long will it take to process my return?
Once the item has been received our returns team will process a refund within 48 hours, but this can take longer during our busier periods. Once the refund has been processed it shouldn’t take too long but sometimes with different banks and credit card providers it may take a couple of days. If you have not received your refund after 5 working days then please get in touch and we’ll take a look for you.
Have you received my returned goods?
As soon as we receive your returned product, we will process your return/exchange as soon as possible. We will email you to let you know once this has been done, but if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@soho-scarves.com
GIFT VOUCHERS
Do you do sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we do. Our eGift Cards are delivered by email which contains instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.
