Right to withdraw

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email info@soho-scarves.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You must return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage. We will provide the relevant return address and instructions, which may be a UK or EU address. Please retain proof of postage.

We will refund the item price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we will not refund the additional cost. We may wait to issue the refund until we receive the returned item(s) or proof that they have been sent back.

For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items, please email info@soho-scarves.com before returning your order. Your statutory rights are not affected
